We currently offer part-time opportunities with the potential for advancement for the right candidates that excel on the job.
Because our client work is project-based, part-time means variable daily and weekly schedules, including occasional weekend work. It does not guarantee a set amount of hours every week.
Given the scope of some projects, work is often not restricted to the typical “9 to 5” workday. Projects vary and you may be setting up a playroom one week, unpacking a new home the next week, and helping empty nesters downsize the following week!
Our awesome team consists of members who demonstrate and value excellent communication and listening skills, are ready to go above and beyond, and excel both in a team environment and while working independently.
We seek people who are naturally organized and thrive on improving their spaces with a goal to create a neat and tidy environment with increased efficiency. You believe that an organized space makes life more enjoyable and now want to help others enjoy the life-changing benefits of being organized.
Prior organizing experience is not required. Our team members have a diverse set of prior work experiences that support our clients and their needs. This opportunity is also great for women re-entering the workforce.
When you join the team, you will learn the Smartly Organized process for all projects we tackle. Most importantly, as part of the team, we expect a positive attitude and general love of helping people and transforming spaces, a collaborative team approach, a strong desire to constantly learn and improve, and the ability to navigate change and stay flexible and unflustered.
