As a Team Support Specialist, your role is to support the team and projects in a hands-on, practical way, making sure everything is prepared, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is not a desk-only role and not a leadership role, it’s a doer role for someone who enjoys being in motion, staying organized, and contributing in a meaningful way every day.

You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and team to help keep everything aligned, stocked, and ready.

What You’ll Do (AKA How You’ll Support the Team)

  • Keep Inventory Organized & Updated: Maintain product inventory, track usage, and ensure everything is ready for upcoming projects.
  • Source & Deliver Supplies: Purchase, organize, and transport materials to and from job sites.
  • Support On-Site Projects: Assist as an on-site organizer when needed and help with project setup and breakdown.
  • Manage Donations & Consignment: Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, tracking, and documentation for client items.
  • Coordinate Online Consignment Sales: Track items and payments through platforms like Kaiyo, The RealReal, auctions, and more.
  • Handle Expense Tracking: Collect, organize, and document receipts and project-related expenses.
  • Prepare Labels & Materials: Ensure everything is prepped and ready for installations.
  • Support On-Site Marketing Efforts: Make sure leave-behind materials are available and used properly.
  • Keep Storage & Supplies in Order: Maintain a clean, organized storage space and keep supplies stocked.
  • Run Errands & Assist Where Needed: Help with day-to-day tasks that support the team and client experience.

Requirements: What You’ll Need

  • Ability to balance on-site organizing work with support tasks
  • Live near Chatham, NJ and be comfortable traveling locally
  • Tech-savvy (Google, spreadsheets, apps, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina (lifting, stairs, active work environment)
  • Reliable transportation (SUV preferred), phone, and computer
  • Availability during weekdays and an occasional Saturday
  • Ability to attend monthly team meetings

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have experience in organizing, logistics, inventory, or operations support
  • Enjoy running errands and handling hands-on tasks
  • Like working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Hours & Compensation

  • Hourly position with performance-based growth opportunities
  • Hours vary based on project needs (with focus around project timing)
  • Flexible structure with a mix of on-site and independent work time
