Virtual Organizing
Virtual Organizing has been around for years and is well-tested in the organizing industry. I’ve been fortunate to be trained in Virtual Organizing through the years, but if you’re not already a Virtual Organizing client, you likely are not aware we offer it.
How Does It Work?
During the virtual session we offer the same knowledge, coaching, and support you would get if we were working together in your space but you are doing the actual work. Think of it as a combination of my expertise and your elbow grease.
We start with a Discovery Call to map out a plan tailored for your specific project. In our subsequent one-hour sessions we execute that plan. In between our sessions you will have specific steps and directions to make additional progress. We use your phone, tablet, or laptop to communicate and digital photos or video to track activity.

- Flex Your Organizing Muscle: This method of organizing has a higher level of skill transfer since you are doing the work yourself with professional guidance. Like exercising, as your organizing muscle grows you gain confidence and maintain the organization.
- Time-Tested Resources: Sessions can be recorded allowing you the ability to refer back to the recordings for a refresher while working on your own. Plus, you get all our product and resource recommendations.
CLIENT STORY
I was faced with the unexpected deaths of both of my parents. Aside from all the shock and emotions created by these events, I was also left with an overwhelming cleanup job of two homes. I had a very short time frame in which I could try to sell one of the homes or I would be left holding onto it for at least another year.
I called Andrea and she worked virtually with me and my family to stage my parents retirement condo. We sent photos back and forth and communicated via FaceTime. I was amazed at how Andrea could keep all the details in her head and direct us on rearranging furniture, eliminating items and supplementing with low budget accents. She did everything without a blueprint or layout but somehow managed to keep the dimensions and layout straight throughout.
I will never forget the patience and caring with which Andrea treated my family while simultaneously providing the decisiveness, direction and creativity required to stage a comfortable and desirable living space. This was something I could never have done on my own.
Her services went beyond just staging the home. She wanted to make sure we didn’t make any hasty decisions about letting go of my parents items.
In just two days, the condo looked great and we put it on the market at an aggressive price point. We were able to sell it in less than a week in an all cash deal at the asking price. We could not have done this without her help. You’d be amazed at how successful virtual organizing can be!

- Three (3) one-hour recorded video consulting sessions, with a one-hour “Organizing Hour” following each session
- Written summaries provided after each session to guide next steps
- As-needed email or text support between sessions for the duration of the package
- Sessions to be held within 2 months of the initial consultation
- Additional sessions available, on an hourly basis, following completion
Power Project
The 5 Hour Package is ideal for organizing multiple areas or several systems in your home.
Includes:
- 20-minute one-time discovery call/consultation
- Five (5) one-hour recorded video consulting sessions, with a one-hour “Organizing Hour” following each session
- Written summaries provided after each session to guide next steps
- As-needed email or text support between sessions for the duration of the package
- Sessions to be held within 3 months of the initial consultation
- Additional sessions available, on an hourly basis, following completion
Moving?
We can help with our virtual move management services. We will:
- Partner with you to prepare for moving day
- Design a timeline and schedule suited to your needs
- Provide Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Checklists to keep you on track
- Coordinate with and virtually supervise the movers on moving day
- Source all moving materials and supplies
- Offer guided decision-making support so you keep only what you need, use and love
- Support decluttering for staging your home
- Access to and assistance with our preferred vendors (i.e. handyman, junk haulers)
